Safe Place Deliveries

If you instruct the courier to leave your order in a designated safe place, or provide delivery instructions that result in the parcel being left unattended, responsibility for the parcel passes to you once the courier has delivered it in accordance with those instructions.

Trelawny Direct cannot accept liability for any loss, theft, damage, delay or non-receipt of parcels where delivery has been completed in accordance with the customer's instructions or any amendments made by the customer directly with the courier after dispatch. Any claims relating to such deliveries should be raised directly with the courier.
